Abstract
One of the most important assessments of effectiveness of the EAEU activity is the social situation of the member states of the union, which is due to the peculiarities of the social policies implemented by thоse countries. A comparative analysis of key indicators of the social situation of the EAEU member states was carried out and a number of measures aimed at increasing the effectiveness of social policies of these countries were proposed in the article.
