Abstract
In the 21st century the management of irreplaceable resources such as time is of particular importance. Particularly, the scientific analysis of the time management phenomenon is considered to be topical. Effective work efficiency, reduced fatigue, proper and effective resting depends on time management. The article substantiated the need for time management, the reasons for waste of time were revealed, mechanisms for their elimination were proposed.
