Abstract
Directions of management of the enterprises, financial policy of the enterprises, application of financial instruments, financial forecasting, planning and budgeting are considered. The influence of the state on the financial relations of enterprises is analyzed. A natural task of every entrepreneur is profitable doing business through the optimal use of available resources, minimize costs and maximize the possibility of meeting socio-economic needs. Therefore, the aim of the study is to improve the financial performance of the company, how to maximize profitability and reduce risk.
