Abstract
The risks of investment projects in Yerevan city as well as the issues hindering the effectiveness of such investments are discussed. Current issues and risks are studied and analyzed, which have significant influence on investments in urban development projects. Applicable business models are proposed which can promote the implementation of proposed investment projects in Yerevan city.
