Abstract

The analysis of the subject is carried out in the following context: the socio-psychological analysis of the political consciousness reveals the interconnectedness of consciousness with the political sentiments. The following solution of the problem is more productive; initially, it should be reveled that mass political attitudes are more closely linked to political behavior. Therefore, mass political sentiments are essential mechanisms, which predetermine the political behavior. Meanwhile, in modern social psychology, the sentiment is defined as a certain psychological state in which the needs of people are integrated. In other words, from the socio-psychological point of view, the sentiment is a special phenomenon, the essence of which is the feeling and comprehension of the person's belonging to the social system.
