ՇԻՆԱՐԱՐՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ

Abstract

A draft normative act on estimates of the construction industry of the Republic of Armenia is described, which is actual, financially feasible and requires short-term solutions. The project is considered in the creation of a unified database of estimate and regulatory affairs, carrying out the formation of an expert group and functioning principles for the establishment and operation of the network system, as well as the need for software solutions, observations of their functions and realization of the automation of tasks related to the documentation of the activities of construction companies. It is proffered to examine the draft project and create a real model on its basis, which will be financially realistic for the Republic of Armenia.
