Abstract

The development of logistics support in the creation and implementation of development projects is presented, namely addressing one of its elements- the logistics coordination. The study is aimed at the role of logistics coordination in the creation and development of real estate projects. The implementation of functions of the “Integrational Logistics Coordination Center” and its incorporation is proposed in the system of the goals and objectives of developing companies, ensuring the definition of logistics coordination in the system of logistics, supporting the real estate development.
