Abstract

The important problems in the sphere of real estate solved by the geographical information system are described; such as the choice of the right location of the property and enhancement prospects of the effectiveness of the coordination and analysis of information collected by companies operating in the real estate industry. The drawbacks are also detected during the application of GIS, the perfections of which will improve the services provided by organizations, particularly there will be an opportunity of the efficient management of real estate objects, meanwhile the wide use of the spatial information and its access will be the solution that will enable the accurate choice of real estate objects’ location, which, in its turn, will improve the property management process.
