Abstract
Via complex physical-chemical studies such as X-ray diffraction, differential-thermal analysis and petrographic examination it is revealed hereby that the limestone travertine and the waste tailings from the Ararat Gold Recovery Plant should provide a synthesis of a clinker having a special phase composition and production of corrosion-resistant mortars and concretes due to their chemical and mineralogical properties.
