ՏՐԱՆՍՊՈՐՏ

Abstract

Positive and negative characteristics of gas fuel, particularly compressed natural gas used in the internal combustion engines, risk levels of gas cylinders at different situations and the schemes of their installation in the Republic of Armenia are analysed. It is identified that there are no well-defined regulations at transforming the vehicle feed circuit to gas cylinders which are being installed by violating the technical requirements. To ensure safety of gas cylinder vehicles at traffic accidents (TA) strength calculation is proposed to carry out for the righteous selection of the elements fastening the gas cylinder to the vehicle body.
