This article discusses the state of Warsaw’s mass trans it and highlights some of the transport problems that this city has to deal with. In the first part of this article
the outline of Warsaw is presented as well as the most important features and elements of the city’s transport system on the basis of statistics. The second part is devoted to some of the city’s mass transit problems which have sociological and demographical background, typical for such large European cities.
