Abstract

One of the primary ways to improve the energy-saving of residential constructions is to include the heat-insulating materials into the building envelope. As a result the loss of the heat is reduced which is caused by transmission air and moisture resistance. Thus, based on different climatic zones, types of constructions, sources of heat, regional coast of fuel, it is necessary to determine the optimal thickness of the heat-insulating layer and the place of its installation. In result of the incorrect installation the condensation of moisture will cause a partial damage of construction and will endanger the features of concrete's iron structure. The heat insulating features in new and exploitation buildings have been discussed.
