ԿԱԴԱՍՏՐԱՅԻՆ ՀԱՄԱԿԱՐԳԵՐ

Abstract

        The experience of the world`s developed countries in the field of creating cadastral systems are analyzed. The multipurpose cadastral systems of four groups of states -N apoleonic administrative systems, German systems, Scandinavian and English-speaking countries are represented. In these countries, with the help of created cadastral system many problems are solved, which are associated to land management – those are the state registration of rights to real estate, the calculation of land tax and property tax, the land-use planning, control over its use, the land utilization and so on. Considering the experience of these countries it is offered to create a similar system in the Republic of Armenia too.
