Abstract

The analysis (examination) of newly-coined words is of great importance in the study of the press language. The means and modes of wordformation, as well as word word-formation patterns are reflected in the word-buidling system of the language. Derivation as a word-building means plays an essential role in the process of creating new words. Derivative words appear in different patterns. In the language of modern media, we come across numerous coinages both with prefixes and suffixes.
