Half a century ago the famous Armenologist I. Shilakadze analyzed the conjugation categories of modern literary oriental language, which are considered to be controversial till now. We are talking about the place of word forms with the particle “կ” in the inclination system, tense category, word order, form, status, act, as well as the constructions with “պիտի”// “պետք է”. The research of the famous Armenologist hasn’t lost it actuality and has greatly contributed to the science. I. Shilakadze analyzes the above-mentioned conjugation category on the basis of generally accepted principles of general Linguistics and in most cases comes to convincing conclusions.
