Аннотация

The merits of speech have always been in the focus of scientific attention. Since ancient times, various manifestations of speech have become subject of discussion the characteristic features of them being precision, brevity, richness, variety, expressiveness, etc. The expressive means under discussion – euphemism and conversion, although haven’t received sufficient attention among us, with their great potential of stylistic-expressive opportunities have an essential role in different functional spheres of language in the sense of making the communication impressive, powerful, purposeful and courteous.
