Abstract
The article presents the facts of anti-Armenian policy against Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh adopted and implemented by Azerbaijan in 1988-1994 the manifestations of which were terroristic operations, murder, deportation, vandalism, sabotage, etc. The author considers these facts to be the continuation of the
Armenian Genocide since the Turkish manner of acting and their direct presence in organizing, instructing and guiding these actions are obvious.
