Abstract

The problems of legal qualification of the Armenian Genocide are discussed in the article. The author focused on controversal ECHR 2013 judgment on “Perincek v. Switzerland” case. The critical analysis of Court’s argumentation shows ill-founded conclusions and use of “double standards” which led to the adoption of an erroneous judgment.
